This is the privacy statement of the private limited company Tropenzorg B.V., hereinafter referred to as: Care Plus®. Care Plus® is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 39052981 and has its registered office at De Huchtstraat 14 (1327 EE) in Almere. This document explains how Care Plus® handles your personal data. Care Plus® exercises the greatest possible care when processing your personal data.

 

Acquisition of personal data:
If you make use of the services of Care Plus®, you will provide certain personal details to Care Plus®, or personal data is obtained from you in the context of the agreement. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

 

Categories of personal data
Care Plus® processes the following categories of personal data:

  • First name and surname;
  • Email address and telephone number;
  • Company details;
  • Other personal details provided by you.

 

Purpose of processing
Care Plus® process personal data for the following purposes:

The basis for processing this data is the agreement you have entered into with Care Plus®. Necessity of processing
The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to provide the services. The services offered by Care Plus® cannot be fully performed without processing your personal data.   • Website manager, for the performance of the agreement. The categories of personal data that are processed are the email address, telephone number and first name and surname.

Care Plus® takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a protection level appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing and the varying degrees of probability and seriousness of the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Care Plus® will cease processing the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing which outweigh the interests, freedoms and rights of the data subject relating to the exercise, institution or substantiation of a legal claim.

 

Complaints
If you have a complaint about Care Plus’ handling of your personal data, or wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the contact form on the website or by email at info@travelhealthgroup.com. To ensure that you wish to exercise a right, Care Plus needs you to enclose a copy of your identity document. You can make your passport photo and MRZ (strip with numbers at the bottom) illegible to protect your privacy. Care Plus will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks. You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Personal Data Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). This is the competent enforcement authority in the Netherlands. Care Plus® may change this privacy statement at any time. The most recent version is published on the website. Always check the website for the most recent version.
